Delivery & Returns
Payment is done in the currency of the webshop, namely Euro. You can pay for your order with Ideal, Paypal, Credit Card or Bancontact. Payments to WolfWare are safely conducted.
We ship to all Europe, United States & Canada. Your parcels will be handled through the carrier service Post NL and DPD. Please note that Post NL does utilize local partners in some markets outside the Netherlands.
WolfWare offers free standard delivery on orders above 150 euro in the Netherlands. Shipping within Europe is €15,-. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Norway & Switzerland: €25,-
United States & Canada: €30,-
Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered within 2-5 working days. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Within Europe the expected shipment time is 3-7 working days, depending on country and postal code. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code.
Please be aware that due to Covid-19 delivery might be delayed.
We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are not completely happy with your order (or certain products within an order), you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order.
Please email WolfWare webshop at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify your return along with your order number. Also you will need to fill in the return form included in your parcel and send the product(s) back to our return address. Please make sure to fully pay for the return costs. Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details. Please note that all returned items have to be sent back in one package. We advise you to sent back the package with registered mail. If the goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete then WolfWare is not obliged to take back the item.
